Total offers drivers on the A4 motorway the ultimate experience and service

Total petrol station Aurora on the A4 motorway in Leiderdorp has opened its doors again. After months of preparations and a six week refurbishment, the shop is ready to receive customers again. Following the successes of the renewed Zaandam and Rotterdam-Schiebroek petrol stations Total Aurora is the third in line to have been renovated in the style of the new concept. What better location than next to one of the busiest motorways in the Netherlands, to show off with such a contemporary and modern petrol station?
After Zaandam and Rotterdam-Schiebroek, Total Aurora is the biggest petrol station to have been changed into the new style. Total Aurora goes beyond the image of the traditional petrol station. Besides the modern design it is also a petrol station that offers a new product range." states Vincent Leroy, Retail Director at Total Netherlands.
Time to relax
The petrol station is a nice resting point; where people on the road are offered time to relax. Customers can charge their mobile devices and are presented with free WiFi on site to check social media or read emails. While doing all this, guests are introduced to a view on Netherland’s beautiful nature.
Total is working with a new coffee partner: Illy. Vincent Leroy adds: “As from now, coffee can be paid contactless by our customers. For those guests who want to indulge, we also offer exclusive coffee, prepared from specially selected and roasted Pelican Rouge coffee beans. We can truly say customers can enjoy quality coffee at Aurora.”
Buy it to try it
The focus is on fresh and high-quality products, such as freshly prepared sandwiches and traditional delights. Newly introduced ingredients such as hummus and chickpeas have made their way into the bakery. “And we have added a very special topping to the menu. With ‘Buy it to try it’ we want to offer our guests the chance to taste something new. For the more savoury we also have the option to get a quick snack out of our snack wall.” says Vincent Leroy. At Aurora the new Shop & Food concept really comes to life.
